The Property and Grounds Team Leader manages caretakers who care for the property and grounds of Arahina Ministry and Function Centre. Caretakers are vital in the presentation of Arahina as an attractive venue and a welcome home.
Caretakers work lawns, gardens, livestock, security, events, vehicle maintenance and building maintenance that does not require qualified workmanship (i.e. electrical and plumbing work). The Grounds and Property Team Leader plans, trains, supervises, reports and meets statutory compliance obligations. The Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager.
