Caretakers do all grounds, property, livestock and maintenance work that do not require qualified workmanship (i.e. electrical and plumbing work). Caretakers report directly to the Grounds and Property Team Leader who, in turn, reports to the Operations Manager.
Caretakers ensure Arahina operates to support ministry and functions that are hosted at Arahina. Arahina functions include weddings, conferences, weekend retreats, meeting room hire and dinners. The daily grounds and property needs of Arahina include lawns, gardens, livestock, building and vehicle maintenance, security and event support.
