Administrators belong to a pool of administration staff that give administration and management support to Arahina Training Centre. Core administration work includes reception, accounts receivable and publication orders. Special administration work includes personnel and recruitment, financial reports, training, multi-media and communications, IT support, executive support and programme administration. All administrators train in core tasks then specialise based on ability how long they will serve.
The personal assistant is a senior role that works with the leadership and advisors of IBLP’s ministry in New Zealand. From time to time the assistant will also coordinate between leadership and management (Team Leaders) to bring about organisational objectives. Tasks include secretary support for meetings, leadership calendar management, programme and general management, leadership reporting and planning.
