Administrators belong to a pool of administration staff that give administration and management support to Arahina Training Centre. Core administration work includes reception, accounts receivable and publication orders. Special administration work includes personnel and recruitment, financial reports, training, multi-media and communications, IT support, executive support and programme administration. All administrators train in core tasks then specialise based on ability how long they will serve.
The Communications and Technology Administrator works with the leadership and management of IBLP’s ministry in New Zealand on how best to communicate its work. The role is technology orientated and requires an appreciation of multi-media design and basic marketing. Media is primarily print and web-based. On an annual basis you may also be required to produce audiovisual content on DVD, CD and online streaming.
